By checking the box upon signup, using our website, or submitting your details as a partner host, you signify your agreement to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Alloybnb provides an online marketplace connecting guests looking for luxury and premium vacation rentals with property hosts. Alloybnb charges 0% commission to guests and maintains a significantly reduced fee structure for verified premium hosts.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when booking or listing a property.
• Compliance with Laws: Users must abide by local laws and regulations at all destinations booked through the platform.

4. Guest Terms & Booking

Guests enjoy a 0% Alloybnb commission fee. However, guests must still pay the total nightly rate dictated by the host and any applicable local taxes or cleaning fees specifically delineated at checkout.

5. Host Terms & Listings

Property hosts must submit to Alloybnb's verification processes. We reserve the right to decline or deactivate listings that fail to meet our luxury and transparency standards. Hosts are subject to our standard transaction processing and maintenance fee per booking, as agreed upon during onboarding.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by the specific policy chosen by the host at the time of booking. It is the guest's responsibility to review the specific property’s cancellation policy prior to confirming a transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including the Alloybnb trademark, logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of Alloybnb and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alloybnb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly as a result of your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
